The VP of Customer Success will also be accountable for driving superior program and product performance across all customers and maintaining a best-in-class Net Promoter Score.Applicants for this role should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 10 years in a high-performing healthcare customer service environment. Experience in clinical transformation, network contracting, and development, or a similar provider-facing field is highly valued. The role requires a track record of scaling a team and service capability while maintaining performance standards and increasing resource efficiency. The VP of Customer Success will work closely with various teams, including product, data science, and clinical operations, to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives. The ability to build relationships, resolve issues proactively, and create exceptional experiences for providers is essential.
