About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Delivery Portfolio Manager with a strong background in building and leading a consulting organization, particularly from a leading consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a related field, with a focus on overseeing and executing large, complex technical projects for clients across various industries and regions. This role is pivotal in managing a portfolio of projects that are transformational and generate significant gross profit. The VP will be responsible for defining and implementing portfolio management strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.Candidates for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, project management, business, or IT, with a Master's degree in a related field preferred. The role requires outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to mentor and lead high-performing teams. Experience in executive presentation, influence, and negotiation is essential. The VP will also be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery capabilities, processes, and methodologies, and to work closely with sales, solution, and delivery teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Professional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
