About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Equity Officer & Senior Vice President, Community Health Transformation to lead an integrated approach that unifies resources and strategies to meet the healthcare needs of the surrounding communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the organization's community health management strategy, leading the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and designing innovative solutions to improve care delivery for vulnerable populations. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in areas of equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as significant experience in public or community health strategy and population health management.As the Senior Vice President, the role involves setting a clear vision for community health transformation and equity, fostering relationships with civic leaders, community organizations, and healthcare providers, and ensuring the organization's visibility and relationship with the community are positive and impactful. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field, at least 10 years' of experience in a senior leadership role, and a solid reputation for providing sound leadership and building effective teams. They must be adept at leading high-performing teams, developing evidence-based interventions, and engaging in authentic community partnerships. The candidate should also have a strong background in strategic planning, business acumen, and a commitment to continuous improvement in DEI efforts, both within the organization and in the broader community.
