We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Data Management Analyst. The responsibility of this role is to support the data movement product by using Generative AI to create standard operating procedures for various data operations teams and simplify and uplift content. The ideal candidate will also have experience in developing operational data quality rules for proactive operations data quality monitoring and performing data analysis on employee data to support various product initiatives across HR specialty operations.Job responsibilities Perform data analysis on employee data to support various product initiatives across HR specialty operations. Use data analysis to create a baseline for problems we are trying to solve and measure progress as the product evolves and new features are implemented. Use Generative AI to create standard operating procedures for various data operations teams to ensure consistency and best practices are followed. Use Generative AI to simplify and uplift content for better user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data lineage, and data flow diagrams. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data management and analysis.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5 years of experience in data management and analysis. Comprehensive proficiency in Generative AI and data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel. Experience in developing operational data quality rules for proactive operations data quality monitoring. Knowledge of HR specialty operations and employee data analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
