About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Transformation to lead the evaluation and enhancement of its business lines and corporate departments. This role is pivotal in driving operational performance and business transformation within the enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, hands-on support of transformation activities, and change management to ensure the organization's integration and scaling. The VP will collaborate with leadership at various levels to identify and validate improvement opportunities, drive a strategic vision for enhancing the operating model, and lead the design and implementation of solutions that improve business performance and customer satisfaction. A key aspect of the role is coaching the organization on best practices and leading change management initiatives to meet their goals.To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in managing complex, enterprise-wide transformational programs with a proven high impact and ROI. The role requires a change-leader mindset, the ability to manage through ambiguity, and a focus on execution and results. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in enterprise transformation, change management, or business consulting, and demonstrate resilience, learning agility, and the ability to work effectively across the enterprise. Experience in balancing short-term pressures with long-term goals, and the skill to facilitate productive dialogue and influence across the organization, are also essential.
