About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP Equipment Finance Representative to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a tenured financial sales professional with a focus on the equipment leasing and finance industry, particularly in the development and nurturing of business relationships with various entities, including vendors, manufacturers, distributors, dealerships, and direct customers. This role is pivotal in positioning the company's brand and financing solutions as a strategic competitive advantage. The VP Equipment Finance Representative will be responsible for generating transactional sales volume, meeting or exceeding sales production goals, and working closely with various internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of the sales process.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of five years' of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The role requires a strong aptitude for business development, relationship building, and a professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in standard business software is essential, and a basic knowledge of commercial cash flow and balance sheets is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in credit, general banking, and credit risk management, and be adept at selling value-added finance solutions and providing effective financing options that meet customer needs. The position is fully remote and the desired territory for candidates is FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, with potential consideration for Northern IN, MI, and/or OH.
