About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Global Capital Markets to play a pivotal role in expanding the presence and usage of its stablecoins in both the Crypto Capital Market and Traditional Finance ecosystems. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a global team of Business Development and Relationship Managers, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, and working closely with other business and product leaders to meet growth targets for the stablecoins. This role requires a deep understanding of capital markets, trading, and investing industries, as well as a proven track record in building and leading high-performing sales and business development teams, particularly in the selling of fintech, web3, or technology products.Applicants should have over 15 years' experience in the capital markets, trading, and investing industries, with a significant portion of that time spent in the relevant sales and business development areas. The role demands a professional with a strong background in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for building and contributing to the company's success. The VP will be instrumental in market analysis and strategy, managing a high-velocity team, and developing a metrics-driven pipeline for partnership growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to scale a business segment and deliver a material impact on company valuation.
