About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Demand Partnerships for its Exchange business. The successful candidate will be a pivotal leader in the largest and fastest-growing revenue engine, responsible for charting the business and growth strategy for programmatic demand. This role demands a visionary who can provide thought leadership to drive the creation of the product roadmap, ensuring immediate revenue growth and long-term strategic value. The VP will lead a global team of partner managers, fostering their career growth and mentorship, and will be the driving force behind the revenue growth and upsell strategy for buy-side partners. Collaboration with internal teams is also key, particularly in the coordination of programmatic monetization and the creation of product-market fit for the company's portfolio.To excel in this role, candidates must be passionate problem-solvers with a drive to inspire their teams. The role requires a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in ad tech, with a strong focus on the mobile and programmatic ad tech ecosystem. The VP will be expected to have a BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline, with an MBA being a definite plus, and a proven track record of leading global teams. The ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment, and to be hands-on in both business challenges and strategic initiatives, is essential. The candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a high level of EQ. Experience in client management, market research, and data-driven insights is also necessary to continuously improve the client experience and identify new business opportunities.
