About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Total Rewards to join their HR leadership team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy that is in line with the organization's mission, values, and strategic goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and administration of competitive compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, and equity compensation, with a significant focus on sales compensation. They will also manage global employee benefits programs, and executive compensation, and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Collaboration with senior business leaders and HRBPs to align total rewards with business strategy and foster a high-performance culture is a key aspect of the role.Candidates for the Vice President, Global Total Rewards position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and have a significant and progressive experience in total rewards management. The role requires expertise in total rewards strategies that drive engagement, retention, and performance, as well as strong knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and experience in managing executive compensation in a publicly traded company. The ideal candidate will be adept at using technology and data analytics to enhance total rewards delivery and employee experience and possess excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. The ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams and ensure a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement is also essential.
