The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to spearhead its acquisition strategy and investment in growth. The role requires a leader who can think outside the box, optimize the ad and channel mix, and craft compelling advertising campaigns. The Head of Growth will also be tasked with expanding the influence and scope of the growth, digital, and web marketing team, and must be adept at fostering a culture of discipline and best practices. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must, as the role involves leading a team to achieve significant growth targets and acting as a mentor, advisor, and coach throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing resources effectively, prioritizing growth initiatives, and building a high-performing team across all digital channels.
