About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for GTM Operations. This role is pivotal in the design, development, and execution of the go-to-market motion, serving as the central nervous system for the GTM organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall ownership of a comprehensive GTM plan, creating and maintaining a standardized view of the revenue funnel, and enabling cross-functional collaboration. Key duties include partnering with finance to understand the business impact, facilitating the operational elements of the plan, and ensuring the right systems and processes are in place to support evolving GTM strategies. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in large-scale transformation projects, experience in the SaaS business model, and the ability to lead a global team.Applicants for the VP, GTM Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of related experience, including VP-level leadership at a global business with a revenue of over $100M. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and a history of successful orchestration of transformation projects. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and board members, are essential. Experience with Salesforce and a proven ability to scale SaaS companies are strongly preferred. The role demands a leader who is team-oriented, goal-driven, and can foster a culture of collaboration and efficiency within the GTM organization.
