About the Role

The Company is seeking an experienced Head of Solution Development to lead the technological evolution and integration of solutions within the organization. This pivotal role involves providing visionary leadership to a multifaceted team, including solution architecture, software and data engineering, and web and mobile development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and cost-effective solution architectures that align with business objectives and technological standards. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. The Head of Solution Development will also be involved in stakeholder engagement, team development, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.Candidates for the Head of Solution Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 13 years' experience in solution development, integration, and leadership roles is required, with a proven track record in DevSecOps practices, release management, and web and mobile development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and experience in regulated industries such as finance or insurance is a plus. Certifications in relevant areas such as AWS, Azure, or DevOps are advantageous. The role demands a professional who can drive strategic initiatives, align technology investments with business objectives, and deliver tangible results, while also focusing on the professional growth and development of the team.
