About the Role

A comprehensive understanding of all HR disciplines is essential, with a preference for candidates with a background in the financial services industry. The role requires a leader with a strategic mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive results. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and possess strong communication and influencing skills. Responsibilities include handling employee relations, internal investigations, performance management, and partnering with COEs to ensure program alignment. The VP, HRBP will also be responsible for talent acquisition strategy, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and continuously improving the employer brand and value proposition.
