About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, HR Business Partner with a strategic and proactive approach to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR team, providing responsive and innovative support to leadership on a wide range of complex HR issues. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement solutions that align with the business strategy, including talent management, organizational design, and development. The VP, HRBP will also serve as a strategic advisor, consultant, and change agent, ensuring a balance between employee needs and business objectives.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years' of strong experience in HRBP and talent acquisition. A comprehensive understanding of all HR disciplines is essential, with a preference for candidates with a background in the financial services industry. The role requires a leader with a strategic mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive results. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and possess strong communication and influencing skills. Responsibilities include handling employee relations, internal investigations, performance management, and partnering with COEs to ensure program alignment. The VP, HRBP will also be responsible for talent acquisition strategy, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and continuously improving the employer brand and value proposition.
