About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Human Resources, Operations, and Supply Chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and business partnership to the globally matrixed operations and supply chain organization. This includes developing and delivering best practices in HR programs, providing solutions for talent management, and driving organizational effectiveness. The role involves partnering with executive leaders to drive talent strategies, identify competency gaps, and ensure the organization is well-equipped with the right talent for future growth. The VP will also be instrumental in advancing culture and talent initiatives, including diversity and inclusion strategies, and overseeing leadership and development programs.Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing and/or supply chain environment. The role requires a proven track record in leading best-in-class people strategies, experience in global, matrixed organizations, and a strong understanding of labor relations in both union and non-union settings. The ideal candidate will be an HR change agent, adept at managing change and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Key skills include the ability to think strategically, partner across a global organization, and drive process excellence. The role also demands strong executive communication, the ability to work with cultural differences, and a willingness to travel as needed.
