About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead and direct all HR functions in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner in the development of HR programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the local site while also aligning with regional and service line strategies. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, talent management, and driving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The role involves setting the tone for the employee experience, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and being a champion for the organization's human capital, with a focus on performance excellence and long-term health. The VP will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all HR policies, laws, and regulations, and for fostering a work environment that is transparent, inclusive, and engaging.Candidates for the Vice President of Human Resources position should have a Bachelor's degree in business or HR management (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role, ideally in a healthcare setting. The role requires proven leadership, people, and change management experience, as well as strong planning, communication, and organization skills. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of influencing human capital decisions and fostering a positive employee experience. They must be adept at managing competing priorities and be committed to continuous improvement. The VP will work closely with the SVP of HR and the Chief People Officer to ensure the local site's HR function is in line with the company's overall HR, DEI, and operational strategies.
