About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Investor Center Partnerships to lead the strategic management of its retail real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving asset value and operational excellence in the design and implementation of new concepts for investor centers. The role requires the ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, as well as experience in developing and leading strategic initiatives. A consumer-first attitude, a passion for innovation, and the ability to apply financial and operational considerations to decision-making are also key attributes. The Vice President will be expected to provide a clear strategic vision, manage a dedicated team, and focus on financial stewardship to increase asset value and ensure fiscal discipline.
