About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Learning and Development in Operational Risk Management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and implementing the strategic vision for operational risk training programs, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and regulatory requirements. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large teams, a history of driving innovation in learning, and the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term objectives. Relevant certifications and memberships in professional associations are a plus.
