About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Learning and Development in Operational Risk Management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and implementing the strategic vision for operational risk training programs, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and regulatory requirements. This leadership role involves managing a team to create diverse and engaging training content, collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs, and overseeing the global delivery of training with a focus on effectiveness and quality. The VP will also be responsible for evaluating the impact of training, staying abreast of industry practices and regulatory developments, and promoting a culture of risk awareness and accountability.Applicants must have a proven track record in learning and development within the financial services industry, particularly in the area of operational risk management. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large teams, a history of driving innovation in learning, and the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term objectives. Relevant certifications and memberships in professional associations are a plus.
