About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Regional Sales for the North America (NOAM) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role requires a high-performing individual with a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the tech sector with a focus on cybersecurity and/or networking. The Vice President will be tasked with increasing sales through the partner base, leading collaboration tactics between sales and partners, and ensuring the company's partner program is effectively rolled out and maintained. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Regional Sales include driving the company's efforts to recruit new partners, maintaining standards for partner delivery excellence, and overseeing partner enablement to ensure partners are properly trained and motivated. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in sales leadership, including enterprise and channel sales within the NOAM market, and a strong background in working with regional distributors and resellers. They should be a strategic thinker, capable of inspiring internal and external stakeholders, and have a data-driven approach to prioritize activities.
