The successful candidate will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the company's human capital solutions, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build AI-driven products, and optimize operational processes. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in AI strategy, particularly within a human capital or related industry, and a strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning. The VP of AI will be responsible for driving business growth and enhancing customer experiences through the application of cutting-edge AI.Applicants for the Vice President of Artificial Intelligence position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with an advanced degree being preferred. The role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for leveraging AI to drive business growth. Desired skills include experience in operationalizing AI and Data Science solutions at scale, a background in AI, Analytics, and visual storytelling, and a deep knowledge across the ML landscape. A minimum of 12 years of industry experience, with at least 6 years in leading and managing large teams in a product organization, is also preferred. The VP of AI will be instrumental in the company's expansion and must be dedicated to the continual advancement of AI technologies to meet the evolving needs of the business and its clients.
