A degree in business administration, finance, or real estate is required, with a Master's or MBA preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques, and a strategic, proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. The role demands a full-time commitment at the company's Scottsdale office, and the candidate should be prepared to contribute to the dynamic, entrepreneurial culture of the team.
