About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Branch Operations to take on a pivotal role in the administration and coordination of all branch activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and recommending objectives, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth and profitable operation of the branches while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role involves evaluating the effectiveness of branch operations, setting and monitoring income and expense goals, and overseeing the quality and performance of the company's loan portfolio. The VP will also be tasked with developing proactive strategies to address legal and economic challenges, providing guidance for monthly training meetings, and handling customer service issues, including interactions with regulators and auditors.Applicants for the VP of Branch Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, economics, accounting, management, or marketing, and at least 5 years of managerial experience with decision-making responsibilities. A background in the financial services industry is highly valued, and experience in budget control, compliance with federal and state regulations, and a proven track record of effective communication and interpersonal skills is essential. The role requires the ability to travel up to 50% of the time and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of service for all customers.
