About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development for its Applied Global Services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the establishment of vision and segment-level strategies to achieve the company's financial goals. This role involves leading all global service businesses in deal design and negotiation planning, with final pricing accountability and long-term account development. The VP will also analyze market data to identify customer-specific trends and opportunities and develop account-specific strategic directions. Building strategic relationships across the ecosystem and leading teams to enable breakthrough development are key aspects of the position.Applicants should have a minimum of 20 years of experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, and a background in managing a portfolio of products, services, and processes. A sales mindset with operational understanding is essential, as is the ability to monetize subscriptions to multi-year service contracts, particularly with experience in digitization. The ideal candidate will understand the end-to-end complex Fab operation and have the ability to plan for the future. A Bachelor's degree or MBA is required, and a preference is given to those with a semiconductor service background. The role demands a mature individual with a balance of confidence and humility, exceptional stress-handling abilities, and a high level of emotional intelligence to manage a diverse team.
