The VP of Construction will also be tasked with leading the corporate environmental and sustainability programs, and must have a proven track record in planning, fiscal management, and a hands-on approach to leadership.Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, construction, or engineering, with an MBA preferred, and 10-15 years of progressive construction and property management experience. The role requires an individual who can lead in a helpful, hands-on, and people-centric manner, and who is adept at dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced, growing organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the construction and refrigeration arena, as well as executive-level presence and credibility, are essential.
