About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to lead a dynamic team of corporate development specialists and analysts. This pivotal role involves driving growth and enhancing the company's market position through strategic investments and acquisitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of inorganic growth, including the identification and development of a pipeline of opportunities, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiations, and post-merger integration. The role also requires the continuous assessment of the company's portfolio and the optimization of its assets. The ideal candidate will have a blend of skills, including exceptional communication, project management, problem-solving, negotiation, and quantitative abilities, as well as a strong background in leadership and deal execution within a technology or tech-enabled global organization.Candidates for the Vice President of Corporate Development position at the company should have at least 15 years' of extensive transaction experience and a proven track record of leading and developing a corporate development function. A background in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting is essential, and experience in multiple global organizations is a plus. The role demands a leader with exceptional negotiation skills, a talent for creative problem-solving, and the ability to run multiple projects concurrently. A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or computer science is required, and a Master's degree in business administration is preferred. The candidate should also demonstrate a strong commitment to mentoring, coaching, and continuous learning, and be adept at building and maintaining strategic relationships with executives and business unit leaders.
