About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate FP&A to lead the finance, planning, and analytics for the consolidation of all business divisions and corporate functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial metrics, creating budgets and forecasts, and collaborating with Business Division FP&A teams to bridge the gap between historical performance and future assumptions. This role is pivotal in supporting senior management decision-making by providing insights into the company's financial performance and facilitating the long-range planning process. The VP will also oversee standard reporting and forecast cycles, ad-hoc business performance reporting, and the implementation of a business intelligence tool.Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a related field, with advanced degrees preferred, and 12-15 years of experience in finance, accounting, business management, or a related field. Strong leadership skills, proficiency in financial analysis, and excellent communication skills are essential. The role requires experience in managing financials for business divisions/units and performing finance, planning, and analytic activities. The VP will manage a team of professionals and be expected to build relationships with executive leaders.
