About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Customer Success to lead and define the vision, mission, and goals of the customer success department. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer retention, increasing engagement, and optimizing revenue. This role involves overseeing the strategy, execution, and performance of the customer success team, creating scalable processes for customer lifecycle management, and nurturing key stakeholder relationships. The VP of Customer Success will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support, as well as coaching and mentoring the team to achieve optimal results.Applicants for the VP of Customer Success position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those who have led customer success or account management functions. A deep understanding of the fintech and payments industry is essential, as is a proven track record in building and scaling high-performing teams. The role requires experience in setting strategic initiatives and KPIs for recurring revenue metrics, and a strong grasp of customer success best practices, methodologies, and tools. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills, and have a results-oriented work ethic suited to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
