About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Administration to serve as the institution's chief financial officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the strategic planning of the budget, accounting, procurement, human resources, information technology, student business services, risk management, and facility management functions. Experience in strategic planning, financial planning, budgeting, and a strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards is essential. The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, capable of working within a collaborative environment and interacting with diverse constituencies. A background in business, accounting, or a related field is required, and a CPA certification or advanced degree is preferred.
