About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their dynamic and innovative organization. The successful candidate will serve as the principal financial advisor, leading strategic and hands-on financial and accounting activities. This high-profile role involves partnering with the President & CEO on critical initiatives, such as expansion and capital projects, and representing the organization with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include catalyzing strategic and financial objectives, providing financial leadership in business direction, overseeing all financial activities, and ensuring effective internal control over financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business economics, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 10 years of finance and management experience, preferably in a municipal or non-profit environment. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills are essential, as is a proven record of community and organizational leadership.The Vice President of Finance at the company will be a strategic and inclusive leader, responsible for driving the organization's performance and balancing financial responsibilities efficiently.
