About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Tax to lead and oversee all aspects of its tax function. This senior leadership role is pivotal in developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize liabilities and support the business's global growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for international and domestic tax operations, strategy, compliance, and planning, ensuring adherence to all relevant tax laws and regulations. This includes staying abreast of and incorporating changes in tax legislation, and overseeing the accurate and timely filing of tax returns. The role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 years' of experience, including at least 5 years' in a leadership position, and a strong background in U.S. international tax concepts, GAAP, and tax technology solutions. The Vice President will also be instrumental in driving tax process transformation projects, participating in M&A activities, and leading a team of tax professionals.Applicants for the Vice President, Global Tax position at the company must possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and hold a CPA certification. An advanced degree or certification in taxation is a plus. The role requires excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with various levels of management.
