About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Tax to lead their tax team in all corporate tax efforts. This critical role involves overseeing global tax compliance, planning, structuring, and reporting, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial health and compliance with laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be a key advisor to the CFO, manage a team, and be responsible for a range of activities including tax guidance for growth strategy, complex issue analysis, and quarterly updates to the Audit Committee. The role also includes overseeing income and indirect tax functions, remaining current on global tax developments, and partnering on M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of global corporate tax experience, a degree in accounting or finance, and a CPA or equivalent license. Strong communication skills, industry experience in global e-commerce, and a proven track record of leadership and relationship building are essential.Candidates for the Vice President, Global Tax role at the company should possess a degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA or equivalent license expected, and have at least 15 years of experience in global corporate tax, including leadership in a public company setting. In-depth knowledge of US GAAP tax accounting rules, industry experience in global e-commerce, and a strong track record of leadership and relationship building are essential.
