About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the people function and serve as a strategic advisor and partner to the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that includes talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and leadership development, all in alignment with the company's growth objectives. This role involves overseeing a team of HR professionals and ensuring a consistent culture and HR practices across global locations. The VP of HR will also be involved in employee engagement, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and will lead HR due diligence processes for acquisitions.Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR, with at least 5 years at the senior executive level within technology or professional services industries. The role requires a deep understanding of global HR requirements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic HR initiatives, managing organizational change, and fostering a high-performance culture. Responsibilities also include advising on organizational design, change management, and workforce alignment strategies.
