About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join their high-growth organization and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR and people management strategies. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the leadership team, responsible for talent acquisition, retention, and performance management of a large front-line hourly workforce. This includes the development and implementation of strategies to ensure engagement, and a standard level of performance, as well as overseeing recruitment to attract and retain top talent. The role also involves partnering with the executive team to budget and execute people strategies, fostering a strong culture aligned with company values, and maintaining consistent HR processes and policies.Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a product-driven industry, and demonstrate a strong culture fit with a focus on being data-driven, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player. The position requires the ability to travel 25-50% within the first year and demands a leader who can drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, manage labor relations, and ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations. The VP of HR will also be expected to define and track KPIs related to HR strategies and processes, and to streamline HR operations for maximum efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
