The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate HRBP to play a pivotal role in driving the organization's mission. This dynamic individual will be responsible for partnering with leaders and department heads to align their teams with a common vision focused on talent development and employee engagement. The role demands a professional with strong business acumen, a big-picture vision, and a hands-on approach to lead growth and change within the organization. The VP, Corporate HRBP will also be involved in the implementation of the company's people strategy, including culture, engagement, DEI/ESG, HR communications, and employee experience. The role requires the creation and implementation of internal development programs that drive engagement, career growth, and retention, as well as the use of people analytics to measure program effectiveness and value. The successful candidate will lead org design and the succession planning process, ensuring consistency in the application of talent programs across the organization.
