About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the talent strategy and critical HR initiatives. This role is pivotal in translating talent strategy into action, with a focus on optimizing HRIS, enhancing performance management, and implementing robust talent management and acquisition programs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for shepherding employees through growth and change, leading M&A integration efforts, and promoting initiatives to enhance company culture and drive employee engagement and retention. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), a minimum of 10 years in HR, and experience as a Head of HR. The role requires a leader with a strong understanding of various HR functions, experience with HR databases, and the ability to manage a team of HR professionals.The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Human Resources role at the company will have excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills, and the ability to think and act strategically. They must be adept at maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and have the ability to project manage across the organization.
