About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Marketing with a strong focus on growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the marketing team, with a particular emphasis on revenue growth. This includes building and managing an acquisition marketing function, optimizing inbound marketing efforts, and developing strategies to enhance client acquisition, engagement, and retention. The role also involves close collaboration with the sales and partner teams to identify opportunities for revenue expansion and to ensure that marketing initiatives align with the company's values and business goals.Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience in marketing and 5 years in marketing leadership, particularly in SAAS. The VP, Marketing will be expected to lead and inspire a high-performing team, foster a culture of creativity and collaboration, and provide strategic guidance for professional development. An innovative mindset, strong leadership and team management skills, and a proven track record of success in senior marketing roles are essential. The role also requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, a passion for marketing, and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends. An MBA is a plus.
