About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Operations, Global Supply and Demand to lead the oversight of its global supply chain and demand planning operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing key performance indicators, including in-stock rate and inventory turns, across the company's hardware and CPG product lines. This role requires a leader with 10-15 years of experience in senior roles within global supply and demand operations, particularly with a background in electronic hardware manufacturing and product development. The VP will work closely with sales, product, manufacturing operations, and finance teams to ensure that supply plans align with revenue targets and that the company maintains sufficient stock to meet demand for both existing and new products. Applicants should have a proven track record of developing leaders, be adept at working in a startup or rapidly scaling environment, and have experience with multi-country supply chain organizations. The role also involves mentoring a diverse team and actively participating in the company's leadership, representing the supply and demand functions. While not mandatory, experience in the cannabis or consumer products industries, as well as a degree in a STEM field, is considered a plus.
