About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Operations / Integrator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate for this role is an energetic and uplifting leader, decisive, a team builder, and growth-oriented. As the VP of Operations / Integrator, you will be responsible for executing the Visionary's strategies, leading and developing the team, and scaling the business to accommodate rapid growth. This includes overseeing strategic alignment and operations in various departments, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability, managing the production department, and developing and streamlining processes across the company. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader, committed to upholding a culture of honor and joy for customers, team members, and the community.Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of multi-departmental executive leadership experience in a company with a revenue of $10M or more and a proven track record of driving significant growth. P&L management experience is required, and a background in residential remodeling or a related industry is preferred. The role demands a leader who is adept at problem-solving, strategic planning, and maintaining a deep understanding of the industry and market trends. Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and experience with lean principles are also desirable. The VP of Operations / Integrator will be expected to integrate new ideas and practices into the company, stay engaged in organizational development, and provide timely approvals for critical decisions. Coaching or sports leadership experience is a plus.
