About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide direct oversight and management of contract security personnel within the eastern Federal Judicial Circuits. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and assisting a team of Contract Managers who, in turn, manage Intermediate Supervisors and Court Security Officers. This role involves maintaining communication with USMS leadership, managing contract and performance issues, and ensuring compliance with all aspects of the security services. The VP will also be involved in the recruitment, vetting, testing, hiring, and placement of security officers, as well as handling performance standard violations and maintaining constant communication with the management team.Candidates for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, a minimum of 3 years' of management experience, and a strong background in security or related fields. Essential duties include developing and maintaining operational procedures, facilitating client meetings, and ensuring the successful implementation of new contracts. The role requires a high level of competency in areas such as project management, technical skills, customer service, and the ability to lead and manage a large team. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and have a proven track record of upholding the values of integrity, professionalism, and quality management.
