About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead the development of enterprise software solutions for the employee benefits industry, with a focus on group insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the product management team in creating and implementing solutions for policy administration, billing, member management, and underwriting. This role requires close collaboration with sales and account management to support new business opportunities, as well as working with clients to understand their needs and market challenges. The VP will also be instrumental in defining the product vision, developing a roadmap, and leading the team through the product lifecycle, from discovery to launch.Candidates for the VP of Product Management position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the employee benefits industry, particularly within the group insurance domain. Experience in product management of high-complexity enterprise SaaS solutions and a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies are essential. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in product strategy, roadmap planning, and portfolio development, as well as excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. A Master's in Business Administration is preferred, and the candidate should be adept at market research and competitive analysis, with the ability to travel as needed.
