About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Product for Intent Targeting, who will be responsible for leading the vision and strategy for the platforms and tools that power the intent targeting solution. This role involves a strong focus on expanding the capabilities of the intent-targeting platform and ensuring its optimal implementation across demand channels. The successful candidate will be a natural leader with a deep understanding of the digital media landscape and the programmatic ecosystem. Experience with technologies such as graph databases, workflow engines, ETL pipelines, and IdP systems is highly preferred. The VP of Product will also be tasked with building and managing a team of product managers and will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to develop and execute a robust product strategy.Applicants for the VP of Product role should have at least 10 years of hands-on product management experience, with a minimum of three years in a management capacity. A solid understanding of the digital ad serving, programmatic, and measurement technology ecosystem is essential, as is a passion for data-driven decision-making and a proven track record of developing successful product roadmaps. The role requires a candidate who is adept at juggling the needs of multiple stakeholder groups and can communicate and collaborate effectively. Experience in a role that involved media planning, campaign optimization, or similar functions at a premium digital publisher, ad tech platform, or digital media buying agency is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will also be fluent in Agile principles and methodology, with a strong focus on cultivating innovation and building effective teams.
