About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Product to lead the development of its authorization platform, which is designed to modernize access governance for the evolving data landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing customer needs, owning the product roadmap, and managing a team of product managers. This role involves close collaboration with the engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that the product aligns with the company's goals and is effectively positioned in the market. The VP of Product will also be expected to have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, with a focus on both short-term differentiation and long-term strategic advantage.Candidates for the VP of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B product management, with at least 5 years in a management role. Experience in high-growth start-ups and a background in security and/or identity companies are highly valued. The role requires a candidate with a technical understanding of authorization, authentication, identity, and data systems, and a proven track record of driving product strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will embody the company's cultural values, including an ownership mindset, integrity, and a focus on customer success. Additionally, the VP of Product should be prepared to act as a thought leader, engaging in activities such as blogging, social media, and industry events.
