The Company is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global total rewards strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, global mobility, and equity administration, align with the company's objectives and values. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing competitive total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. They will also oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, drive the global mobility strategy, and ensure that all compensation and benefits comply with relevant laws and regulations. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and various internal teams to create compelling total rewards packages and retention strategies.To excel in this position, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong understanding of global practices and market trends, is required. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, and be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They should be comfortable with new technologies, have a flexible and growth mindset, and be able to work effectively in an ambiguous environment. Experience in presenting to senior leadership and Board of Directors, and a track record of success in scaling organizations, are also key to succeeding in this role.
