About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Partner Marketing to lead the scaling of its partnership programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with small business software and solution providers, affiliates, and influencers. This role demands an innovative and growth-driven leader with a proven track record in targeting, launching, and growing impactful partnership opportunities. The VP, Partner Marketing will work with a team of channel marketing experts to drive performance across various marketing channels, with a focus on end-to-end execution. Responsibilities include identifying cross-marketing and integration opportunities, leading negotiations, and developing partner penetration and growth strategies. The role also requires a passion for data-driven marketing, a strong background in marketing fundamentals, and a tailored ability to attract interest through various marketing programs.Applicants for the VP, Partner Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, with at least 10 years' of marketing and/or business development experience, including a minimum of 5 years in the software industry, preferably in SMB B2B SaaS. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing marketing or business development teams, and be an expert in demand generation, account-based marketing, and journey creation and analysis. A key aspect of the role is the ability to lead and support the team in building measurable, repeatable, and scalable growth programs, as well as driving operational excellence in partner marketing. The VP, Partner Marketing will be accountable for partner channel lead, customer, and revenue growth targets, and must be adept at managing partner marketing budgets. The position also requires medium-to-frequent travel and a strong passion for efficient processes and best-in-class customer experience.
