About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of People & Organizational Impact, a strategic leader who will be responsible for ensuring that the people and organizational strategy aligns with and enhances business outcomes. The successful candidate will be a business-minded individual with a forward-thinking approach, capable of driving the company's next phase of growth through innovative human capital strategies. This role involves designing and executing talent management programs, coaching and advocating for employees at all levels, and managing a team to support the full employee lifecycle.
