Key qualifications include the ability to recruit and mentor top technology talent, a strategic approach to technology that aligns with business goals, and a commitment to industry-leading practices. The role requires a candidate who can quickly come up to speed on the company's products and services, establish effective relationships with key stakeholders, and lead the product engineering organization within the first 12 months. The VP will also be expected to influence product solutions and architectures, and to work closely with executive leadership to drive technology initiatives that support business growth and enhance customer experience.
