About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for Platforms, with a focus on developer and partner ecosystems. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading a strategic roadmap that leverages the company's global API portfolio to create an expanding network of developers and partners. This role involves identifying opportunities for new integrations, business models, and product innovations that bring value to customers. The VP will also be tasked with articulating a clear product strategy, promoting the platform approach both within the company and externally, and providing leadership to a seasoned product management team. Building and nurturing relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and aligning them with the platform roadmap is a critical aspect of the position.To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in product leadership, with at least 7 years specifically focused on strategic platform investments for commercial SaaS products. A strong background in managing and scaling teams, as well as a proven track record of launching platform business models, is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of connecting customer use cases to technology solutions, and possess a history of problem-solving and product intuition. Experience with Agile development methodologies, a diverse B2B customer base, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. An MBA and experience with app ecosystems, partner evangelism, and financial, accounting, and transactional systems are highly desirable. The role also demands a 30% travel commitment and a commitment to the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
