About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its Project Finance team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the execution and performance of various project financing initiatives, with a focus on supporting the growth of the company's clean energy portfolio. This role demands a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, as the VP will be responsible for originating and leading project finance deals, developing marketing strategies, and engaging in market analysis to secure capital partners. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to anticipate market conditions are essential. The VP will also be involved in relationship management, and structuring, and will be expected to lead and manage cross-functional deal teams.Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years of experience in project finance within the power, renewables, construction, or infrastructure sectors. Experience in debt, private equity, and/or tax equity deal execution, as well as a strong network of investor relationships, is required. The role also involves leadership responsibilities, including managing a team and fostering a culture of performance and collaboration. While an MBA or CFA is preferred, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must, and experience with quantitative analytics and programming languages is a plus.
