About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President Regional Operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing strategic direction, leadership, and execution of operations across multiple acute care locations. This executive role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services to the community. The VP will work closely with the senior leadership team to align operational plans with the company's goals, drive accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities include assessing operational effectiveness, leading the development of operational plans, and creating and monitoring operational metrics and KPIs. The role also involves resolving day-to-day operational issues, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and building strong partnerships with medical and dental staff. Applicants must have a Master's degree in health administration, business, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 to 7 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting. A proven track record in leading initiatives to improve quality of care, patient safety, and compliance with accreditation standards is essential. The VP will be expected to have strong financial and operational management skills, experience in budget strategy, and a demonstrated ability to make strategic recommendations. Professional certification is required, with a preference for FACHE certification. The role demands a leader with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, who can forge successful partnerships and ensure the efficient and high-quality provision of patient care.
