About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Revenue Cycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing enterprise-wide leadership and direction for revenue cycle services and departments. This includes planning, policy formation, budgeting, program oversight, and personnel management to ensure the successful accomplishment of goals and objectives. The role involves acting as a resource and developing professional relationships with operating leaders to manage patient revenues and billing effectively. The Vice President will also support professional staff to meet expectations for high-quality customer service, payer relations, billing, and regulatory compliance.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of progressive senior revenue cycle leadership experience within a large integrated health system or similarly complex organization. The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic skills to work collaboratively with peers, staff, patients, and faculty. The ideal candidate will enjoy partnering with clinical and operational leaders to identify and implement innovative ways to enhance patient financial services and patient access.
