About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Worldwide Revenue Operations. This key leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategy and execution of the global go-to-market engine, with a focus on scaling the business, entering new markets, and enhancing customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the company's revenue-focused strategies, including fostering an environment of improvement and efficiency, and must have a deep understanding of SaaS business operations. Direct reporting functions will include field operations, partner operations, deal desk, systems and tools, strategy and planning, and sales compensation.The role demands a passionate leader with a growth mindset, dedicated to developing individuals and teams. Key responsibilities for the Vice President will include playing a strategic advisory role in growth planning, designing and implementing successful sales models, leading the development of sales and marketing processes, and optimizing the go-to-market technology stack. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership, preferably within the cybersecurity industry or a related field, and at least 15 years of relevant operations experience in high-paced, fast-growth enterprise software or SaaS companies. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, as is a history of resilience, tenacity, and a strong focus on delivering results.
